AIG,,,huge insurance-investment company but LOUSY service!!

I have had an IRA at AIG- Valic for years,,,and am amazed that they do not have a mailed out or online printable contribution form. Also , they do not tell you if you have over-contributed for the year ,,,and thus face IRS $$ penalties.
